What this is
Growth Factory Studio builds companies. We are a team of AI-native builders and operators who create ventures. AI tooling sits inside how we ideate, validate, and build before we spin them out as companies.
Every company we build needs an audience before it needs anything else. You will own that. You will use AI to find the audience, build the channels, and grow them fast, so the products coming out of the studio have real users and real signal from week one.
This role is for a marketer who already works in an AI-native way. You reach for Claude and agentic workflows the way other marketers reach for a content calendar. You have used AI to grow something real: a list, a following, a funnel, and you can show the numbers.
What you will do
You will run growth experiments end-to-end. You take a channel, build a play, launch it, read the data, and double down on what works. We care about results you can measure, not activity.
You will build the funnels with AI. You will use Claude and agentic tools to automate the parts of growth that used to take a team: competitive research, content production, outreach sequences, audience segmentation, and reporting. The goal is for one person to run the output of five.
You will work across the whole growth surface. Organic and paid, content and outbound, SEO and the newer game of getting cited by AI answer engines when buyers ask a question. You will write, ship campaigns, and help define how the studio's companies get discovered.
You will move guerrilla when it works. Some of the best growth is unscalable and scrappy before it is a system. You will run both.
Who you are
You have grown something. A newsletter, a social following, a waitlist, a campaign that moved real numbers. Solo or near-solo is what we want to see, and we want the metrics, not the adjectives.
You are AI-native by practice. Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and agentic workflows are already how you work. You can explain how you use them to plan, produce, and automate, not just to write captions.
You are a builder, not a spectator. You would rather launch something scrappy and learn than write a perfect plan that never ships. You find the next thing and do it without being told.
You write well, and you have taste. Your own channels or portfolio show it.
You are curious about how companies actually grow across AI, consumer, and B2B. You do not need to be an expert yet. You need to want to become one.
Current or recent students are welcome. We hire on demonstrated ability, not year or pedigree.
The screening test is the resume
We do not read resumes. What you grow is how we evaluate you. Before any interview, we ask for one thing you run.
The experiment. In 48 hours, run a small but real growth play. Pick anything with a measurable outcome. Grow a waitlist, launch a piece of content and track its reach, build an outbound sequence that gets replies, set up an AI workflow that produces a week of content in an hour. It has to go live, not stay a plan.
The constraint. Use AI to do the heavy lifting. The point is to see how you direct the tools, not how many hours you grind.
What you submit.
A link to the live thing, the post, the landing page, the sequence, the workflow.
The numbers, however small, are honest about what they are.
A short walkthrough, five minutes or less, screen-recorded. Show what you ran, then show how you used AI to build it. The prompts, the agents, where it broke, how you fixed it.
Three sentences on what you would scale next if you had another week.
We read every submission. We are looking for taste in what you chose to run, judgment in how you used AI, and honesty about the results.
